January Newsletter
From Lana
As we head in to a new year I think it is appropriate to look back at 2013 and the accomplishments we have seen as well as taking time to reflect on our many, many blessings. We have seen the closing of the Farm where we got our start together, we have met many new families, managed to turn a decomposing building into a place of great energy and fill it with fun and love.
We have been truly blessed to have so many parents who believed in us and helped us with so many projects. At this time our enrollment is growing and although we still need at about 20 more families to make us feel a break from the financial pressure we are growing each month and in spite of it all I can say we still have the best staff, children and parents I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I can speak for the entire staff here when I say it is our belief in what we are doing and our love of children and families that keeps us happy every day. We truly enjoy being here with each other and your children.
HERE IS WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS MONTH
On January 14,2014 We will have a fund raiser. We are working with Complete Spectrum. This is an organization that was active in raising funds for Maranatha. They will be at our school at 6:00 PM to do a 1 hour seminar on finance services. We will be given $20.00 for each person who attends. After the seminar you will be given a evaluation questionnaire, if you are interested in further investment advice they will contact you, if not you will NOT be contacted. Their investment counseling is offered at no charge to you they are paid by the companies they work with. I see this as an education in financial management with no obligation. We would appreciate every person who would be willing to attend and bring a friend. Amy has known this company for many years at Maranatha and feels good about them.
January 20, 2014 HOLIDAY we will be closed.
Reminder— If your child will not be at school or if you are planning to take your vacation time you will need to let ME know. I know you let the teacher know but I must have something in writing otherwise I just continue to bill you.
